  • "Services" refers to all business setup, visa solutions, banking assistance, compliance advisory, concierge support, and any other offerings provided by Apex Gulf Pros.
  • "Agreement" means any signed proposal, service contract, or engagement letter between the Company and the Client.

Scope of Services

Apex Gulf Pros provides a range of business and lifestyle solutions including but not limited to:

  • Business setup and company formation across UAE free zones and mainland jurisdictions
  • Visa processing and residency solutions
  • Corporate banking assistance and account opening support
  • Regulatory compliance and PRO services
  • Concierge and lifestyle management support

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal issued to the Client prior to commencement of work.

Client Responsibilities

To enable the Company to deliver services efficiently, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation and information as requested
  • Notify the Company promptly of any changes that may affect the engagement
  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and government authority requirements
  • Cooperate in a timely manner with requests for signatures, approvals, or additional information
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or adverse outcomes arising from the Client’s failure to meet these obligations.

Fees & Payment

  • All fees are outlined in the service proposal or agreement provided to the Client before work begins.
  • Government fees, third-party charges, and authority-related costs are separate from professional service fees and are payable by the Client.
  • Payment terms are as stated in the relevant agreement. The Company reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of non-payment.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Apex Gulf Pros operates with full pricing transparency — there are no hidden charges. Any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon before being incurred.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While Apex Gulf Pros applies its full expertise and diligence to every engagement, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or timelines from government authorities, banks, or third-party entities. All applications and submissions are subject to the discretion of the respective authority. Our commitment is to provide professional guidance and accurate representation throughout the process.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, documents, and data shared during the course of the engagement. The Company will not disclose Client information to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by UAE law or regulatory obligation.

Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, processes, and materials developed or provided by Apex Gulf Pros remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose these materials without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Apex Gulf Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

Regulatory Compliance

UAE laws and regulations are subject to frequent change. Apex Gulf Pros makes every effort to stay updated and provide current guidance. However, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws. The Company's advice is based on regulations in effect at the time of consultation and does not constitute legal advice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed agreement. In the event of termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of all fees for work completed up to the date of termination, as well as any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

Amendments

Apex Gulf Pros reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
